Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all Musashi garment tags and hygiene seals remain intact and attached.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
